I will be reading with friend and former Maine Poet Laureate Betsy Sholl at a scenic artist retreat in coastal Maine.

Readings are free and open to the public, though reservations are suggested by calling Sandy at 207-596-7624, or emailing sandy@23splitrockcove.com

Refreshments will be served.

Betsy Sholl is the author of eight books of poetry, most recently Otherwise Unseeable, which won the 2014 Maine Literary Award for poetry. Other books include Don’t Explain, winner of the Felix Pollak Prize and The Red Line, which won the AWP Prize for Poetry. She is a founding member of Alice James Books, and currently teaches in the MFA in Writing Program on Vermont College of Fine Arts and served as Poet Laureate of Maine from 2006 to 2011.
