blackberries . . .
a few more waxwings
than yesterday
a flock of waxwings
passing through
almost spring
visitation
the chorus of waxwings
hidden in canopy
first blackberries
the soft sweet songs
of waxwings
visitation
a host of waxwings descends
upon our maple
restless wind
trying to count the waxwings
in the mountain ash
outdoor courts
the back-and-forth
of cedar waxwings
